WE ARE BODYFIX

Established in June 2018, Liz and Jade's Bodyfix has gone from strength to strength on its incredible journey. 

Many of our members come to us having not exercised for many years, and the results have been amazing.

We've had hundreds of ladies through our doors to date. To know that we have helped make a positive impact on the physical and mental wellbeing of so many fabulous women is incredibly rewarding.

 

When women support and empower one another then great things can happen.

Hey! You’ve just made the first step. So you’re here because you want to get fitter? You need help to lose weight? Or both? We have something for you. Liz & Jade’s Ladies Body Fix offer Ladies only fitness classes that are FUN! 

 

Whether you're an absolute beginner just starting your fitness journey or a budding fitness fanatic, we have something for you that's tailored to suit your fitness level. We pride ourselves on providing you with a welcoming and friendly, non judgmental atmosphere while offering different style camps with open support and advice along the way.

 

We aim to show you that exercise can be fun and enjoyable.

Let us help you to make fitness something you WANT to do and not something you HAVE to do.

OUR BOOTCAMPS

BODYFIX ORIGINAL

This camp is designed for you if you find the thought of going into a gym daunting. You’ve been telling yourself you would love to lose some inches and get into shape, or you’ll lose some weight then you’ll go to a gym but deep down you’re dreading the very idea! If so, this camp is for you!

• Typically over 6 weeks

• 2 x 50 min classes each week of fun based sessions with punchbags 

• Meal ideas, recipes and healthy snack alternatives

• Measurements and weight recorded (optional but highly recommended)

• Homework

• Challenges

• A Private online support group

OTHER BOOTCAMPS

Along with BodyFix Original we run a selection of various Camps. These are perfect if you already exercise and want something new and different to enjoy. All Camps have an Online Private Support Group too.

BODYFIX BODY BLAST

  • Typically 4 weeks

  • 2 x 45 min Classes each week

  • This is a Barbell/ Free weights class

  • Fully instructed

  • Will firm up your body through reps and sets of weighted exercise with some cardio thrown in for good measure

BODYFIX BOX-HIIT

  • Typically 4 weeks

  • 2 x 30 min classes each week

  • Fast paced High Interval training

  • HIIT does just that - it hits those stubborn areas and helps you lean up and get fitter fast!

BODYFIX THE WORKS

Unsure which camp to choose? The Works is a mixture of the above camps. You never know what you’re going to get each session. 

 

  • Typically 4 weeks

  • 2 x 50 min classes

BODYFIX EARLY BIRD

Start your day right with our Early Bird sessions. This class is an early morning mixture of weights, punchbag, core and bodyweight workouts.

 

  • Typically 4 weeks

  • 2 x 50 min classes
